We stand behind every recliner and piece of furniture we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Custom orders and clearance items may be excluded.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Contact our team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged Items
Items received damaged are eligible for immediate replacement or full refund. Photo documentation is required within 48 hours of delivery.
Manufacturer Warranty
Beyond our return window, manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us for warranty claims.
Inspection Requirements
Returned items must be in resalable condition. Items showing signs of use, assembly, or damage may incur a restocking fee up to 20%.
Exceptions
Mattresses, custom upholstery, and final-sale items are non-returnable. Lift chairs with installed components may have modified return terms.
Refund Timeline
Credit card refunds appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are typically instant.
