Shipping Times
Standard shipping: 5–10 business days. Express options available at checkout. Large furniture items may require freight delivery (7–14 business days).

Damaged Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us right away.
International Shipping

Freight Delivery
Oversized items like sectional recliners and home theater seating are shipped via freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
Large Furniture Delivery
